What We Do & Who We Help
C & L Coaching is certified in ELI (Energy Leadership™ Index), measuring a person’s energy level at times of stress as well as energy levels at times when a person is not stressed. The assessment provides the client with a rating based on a 7-point energy scale, identifying external factors that might be blocking progress in achieving goals on both a personal and professional level. Once identified, we coach clients through strategies that allow them to recognize factors affecting their energy, moving forward from maintaining status quo, to a more intentional and fulfilling personal and professional life.
